A company may be nominated by any member of the Dallas chapters of
the Society of Financial Service Professionals or the Financial Planning
Association. Members of the public may submit the name of a company
to be considered for nomination by forwarding to the email address
info@gdbea.org
the company name, the name of a contact person and a phone number
to reach them. Prospective nominees are companies that have demonstrated
a commitment to high ethical standards and corporate responsibility
by the way in which they deal with their customers, their employees,
their suppliers and the public at large. Nominated companies will be notified of their nomination with a copy of the completed nomination form. They will also receive an official Entry Form to complete and submit for consideration to the local program. The entries will be reviewed for the local awards program, and may be forwarded for consideration to the national American Business Ethics Award program, at the Chapter’s discretion. Nominations for the local awards program must be submitted on the forms below by the deadline. Attach a cover letter if desired. |
